Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of HighTimber Portfolio Guild, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and program participation. You must not share login credentials, reproduce proprietary coaching materials, or engage in any activity that could harm other clients or the guild’s reputation.
Service Limitations
Our coaching programs are designed to improve portfolio management outcomes but do not guarantee specific financial results. HighTimber Portfolio Guild reserves the right to modify session formats, pricing, or availability at any time with reasonable notice.
Payments and Cancellations
All coaching packages are subject to a 14-day cancellation window. Refunds are issued pro-rata for unused sessions when cancellation occurs within the policy window. Late cancellations beyond that window are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
HighTimber Portfolio Guild, its coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, recordings, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of HighTimber Portfolio Guild. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional use only.
